Feedback from owner of Lagoon 40: Not only well served, but also well looked after. We took delivery of our Lagoon 40 purchased from LKN in Jan. 2023. Even after signing the contract, Michael was always available for us and answered our questions by email, even in the middle of the Atlantic. I was amazed at what we wanted to do in 4 days. Michael was there from the very first minute at the handover, helped to bring our equipment on board and took care of all the little problems, checked and checked everything we hadn't even thought of, right up to giving us weather advice. We felt completely looked after. An owner of a competitor brand that we met in the harbour had a takeover of 3 hours and a week later had problems that they had to take care of themselves. This shows the difference in service. Fully satisfied 5 stars from us. Thank you for everything.

Owner Lagoon 42: I am spontaneously ferrying an FP Lucia 40 from La Rochelle to Split with my girlfriend. We started just before Gibraltar, you can get lucky with the weather at this time of year. But if you ever have a customer who is wavering between the Lucia and the Lagoon 42, I'd be happy to talk to him on the phone. I'm glad I chose the Lagoon, there's a world of difference between the two boats, but you only notice everything when it's being used properly. The railing, blocks and the whole ship is more unstable, at 15 kn winds in the harbour it starts to swing. Engine vibrations are clearly noticeable and far too small at 30 hp, steering is sluggish, the instrument layout at the helm is totally wrong... What I like is the skylight in the saloon and the powerful outside shower, which really gets rid of things. The cockpit is also extremely open at the back and offshore you always have to worry about going overboard. 

Swiss owner Lagoon 450 S: We are really looking forward to ‘our’ new Lagoon...and because our gut feeling is right and we think we have made the right decision, it is not too difficult for us to wait a few more months for our new home. You personally contributed a lot to our final decision. You were very patient with us right from the start, extremely friendly and always willing to listen. We never had the feeling that we were being pressurised or persuaded to do anything.

Selling boats is one thing, but hauling crates and screwing them around is another and not something that can be taken for granted. Owner Lagoon 450: You (Michael Bergmann) have sold me a perfect boat. It was fascinating to sit in the saloon in 60 knots of wind aft with no sails and just the engine and eat Königsberger Klopse. A small glass of wine was also included. The ship travelled as if on rails, without anything falling off. You felt safe at all times.  ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Thank you....
